Here are some tips on how to have a more Eco -friendly Christmas and still enjoy it : 

1:Cook and bake your things instead of buying as this helps to save packaging. 

2: Don't buy new Christmas decorations every year unless it is utterly necessary.

                 3 : Do NOT lock your pets up ,include them .

                 4 : Do Not feed your pets the same stuff as you feed your self , you can however give 

                  them a little treat .

                  5: DO NOT SHOOT OFF FIREWORKS OR CRACKERS . 

                  6: Give your pets Christmas gifts too .

Hi guys SOOOO SORRRY that I have not posted in a while I have just been so busy but to make up for that I have got an interesting article for you to read I hope you enjoy .

ARE YOU EATING YOUR YOGA MAT?

The answer to that is most probably yes. Why? Well you know that delicious soft bread and those fluffy buns you eat and those cheap white hot dog rolls? Well, they are so soft because they contain a softener! Softener is a chemical ingredient used in yoga mats to make them soft. That same softener is also used in bread to make it soft and fluffy! It is mostly used in soft white bread but some brown bread also contains it. Stone ground flour does not contain it. Organic and most health breads do not contain it either. Check the ingredients of your bread for flour improver or flour softener. Another name for it is monoglyceride. It is best for you and your family not to eat your yoga mat with your bread!

Potato , courgette, and tomato dish

                Potato ,courgette ,and tomato dish 

Hi sorry that I have not posted in a while .Here is a vegetarian dish [since I am vegetarian ] for you  to make . I would love to see the pictures in the comments . 

                                                            Ingredients: 

                                                  [ for a medium size dish ]

                                                  

                                                          5 Potatoes 

                                               6 Medium-sized courgettes 

                                                         2 Tomatoes  

                                                   2 Cups grated cheese 

                                                         1 Cup cream

                                                           Method :

Cook potatoes and courgettes until soft .Layer the now cooked potatoes and courgettes with the uncooked tomatoes ,cream and grated cheese. Cook in oven ate 180 degrees until crispy . Lastly eat up and enjoy .

Hi everyone here are some ideas on being Eco that might help you

1.Do not put your food in plastic .   When you are out buy your food loosely in no plastic bag or container .
2. Buy organic make sure it is certified .
3 .Buy Beauty without cruelty /Cruelty free natural products .
4 .Have a compost heap.
5. Recycle .
6 Buy a plant .
7. Plant a tree .
8. Plant some flowers .
9.Turn off any unnecessary lights .
10 . Get all your leaking taps fixed if you have any .
BONUS No 11. Get solar power it is cheaper and more environmentally friendly .
A lot of these ways are also cheaper for you which is great .So I hope I helped.

Hi guys Sorry I have not posted lately been busy .As you can see from the title I have decided to do a haul .This haul is going to be a Eco beauty products for girls haul . As  always say try to bye more local thing as this uses less food miles or in this case beauty miles . ALWAYS look for the cruelty free /beauty without cruelty sign  and you are already making a huge Eco difference [for the better ] . Anyway I will be starting my haul off with a good lip ice range as I love and need lip ices . The one I'm using right now which I would say is OK  but not great is  Living Nature active manuka honey lip balm but I think it's more of a lip gloss than a  lip ice . Another great lip ice  that I really liked is twistick Kiss Me. Other lip ices to use are the Welida and Dr Hauschka ones but I find them slightly dry but my mom doesn't mind them .OK on to the next thing face washes . The one I am using at the moment is Thursday Plantation's Tee Tree face wash it's great for pimples and also feels nice on your skin you should give it a try .That's it from me for now will be back soon hope you enjoyed this . Hi again guys so I was thinking ,you know that feeling when you don't know where to go with all your stuff well here's a place to go with all your jewelry . You will need some clay [ available at most art shops ] and some green and or brown beer bottles and lids [optional ] . So what you do is you take the clay and mold the clay into a bowl like shape or whatever shape you like and then break the beer bottles  into small pieces and while the clay is still wet stick the broken glass pieces and beer bottle lids into the clay and then wait for the clay to dry and voila your jewelry holder is complete .

 Hi again .I am going to try to name as many Eco friendly international stores as possible but some may not be international . Some of these stores may be a bit on the pricey side in some or all countries but I am going to try to find cheaper stores too .  Firstly just try to find the Beauty without Cruelty sign [ a little bunny ] or in some countries the Cruelty free sign . This means that the product has not been tested on animals . The Body shop is completely cruelty free so no worries there . Woolworth's [South Africa ] also sells lots of Beauty  Without Cruelty products . Dr. Hauschka is also not tested on animals same goes for Weleda products .These are just a few of the good brands out there I will find out more and get back to you on that .
