Oops I forgot to say that the recipe I  just posted is from a friend of my mom's and so I am not sure where it comes from Sorry about that it is a great dish here a a little pic I hope you like it :
     


                                                   

Potato , courgette, and tomato dish

                Potato ,courgette ,and tomato dish 

Hi sorry that I have not posted in a while .Here is a vegetarian dish [since I am vegetarian ] for you  to make . I would love to see the pictures in the comments . 

                                                            Ingredients: 

                                                  [ for a medium size dish ]

                                                  

                                                          5 Potatoes 

                                               6 Medium-sized courgettes 

                                                         2 Tomatoes  

                                                   2 Cups grated cheese 

                                                         1 Cup cream

                                                           Method :

Cook potatoes and courgettes until soft .Layer the now cooked potatoes and courgettes with the uncooked tomatoes ,cream and grated cheese. Cook in oven ate 180 degrees until crispy . Lastly eat up and enjoy .
